Supporting Communities
We support both local, national, and international communities through basketball camps, strong relationships with social service organizations, and immersive experiences for young children.
Our basketball camps provide a holistic experience for players, including addressing issues such as academic struggles, food insecurity, and a lack of role models.
In partnership with Basketball Without Borders (BWB), our organization offers international basketball camps that aim to teach teamwork, leadership, and international cooperation to young players from Africa. In 2022, we participated in a pilot basketball camp in Cameroon and attended the BWB Africa camp in Cairo, Egypt, which brought together top young basketball prospects from across the continent. These camps are supported by the NBA, FIBA, and participating national federations. Our organization is proud to be a part of these initiatives, which encourage sportsmanship and education among youth.
We believe in giving back to our community and strive to make a positive impact in the lives of those around us. We actively volunteer at and donate to local soup kitchens. In January of 2024, we donated 12 bikes and journals to a group home in Dorchester, MA. The hope was to provide both external and internal outlets to express themselves - the bikes as vehicles to release their emotions outside and the journals as means to release, express, and article their emotions internally.
The foundation took students from a foster care site in Charlotte, NC, on a field trip to the NASCAR Hall of Fame. There they learnt how cars were conceptualized, how they are designed, and how to intersect technology to build creative visions to life. The hope was that through this experience they find encouragement and inspiration to creatively build whatever ideas they have in their head, even if it brings together seemingly unconventional pairings.
